OUR POLICIES

For our in home and on location consultations, we charge a non-refundable $50 expense. That $50 will be deducted from the final invoice when and in the event that we are contracted for your project. If that’s agreeable, we can set a date for us to come out to take a look at everything.

The goal of the consultation is to discuss the project in detail. Highlight inspirations, create a color scheme, and finalize project plans. Consultations are to ensure that both “Burgess Brothers” and the potential client are both in agreement on project details. During consultations, we work to give you the best prices possible! Prices are on a sliding scales, so if you have a budget it will be taken into consideration. Every client is different and our goal is to accommodate you and make you feel good about patronizing Burgess Brothers.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

•A deposit of 25% of the total to be paid to confirm the project start date.
•A deposit of 25% of the total to be paid on the project start date.
• The final deposit of the remaining balance is to be paid upon completion and reasonable satisfaction.
